Shaving down a double coated dog is not recommended as it will spoil their coat, possibly having patchy fur after.

It may seem thick and hot for them, but if their undercoat is properly taken care of, rest assure they are not! The undercoat is what helps to regulate your dog's body temperature in both cold and warm weather.

You can opt for a De-shedding session instead!

The main purpose of de-shedding is to remove the dead undercoat, which would otherwise just sit there and cause matting. 

While we won't be able to remove all of the undercoat, it will help protect your pet from unexpected and painful mats. The de-shedding process also helps the dog get rid of loose fur that will eventually end up on furniture and clothes.

This will make your pet feel more comfortable as it allows their skin to breathe.

As all Spa/Treatment are an add-on service that can only be done during a bath, it can only be done together with a "Just Bath" or "Basic/Full grooming" service .

For pets with healthy coat, monthly maintainence is good enough.

For pets with skin issues, weekly sessions of up to 4-5times is recommended.
